Hector Beverages’ Paper Boat has now launched Thandai, which is served
during Holi. The company has stated that the beverage has been made the
traditional way. It contains cardamom, fennel, black pepper, almonds,
melon seeds and khus khus.
“Paper Boat Thandai is more than a
drink. It’s a promise to refresh your fondest memories. It’s an instant
energy-booster, and the melon seeds are enriched with proteins, iron and
vitamins,” said Neeraj Kakkar, chief executive officer and founder,
Hector Beverages.
“Thandai is also rich in antioxidants and
Vitamin E. Fennel, pepper and cardamom are known for their digestive
properties, so you don’t have to think twice before gorging on all those
gujiyas and malpuas,” he added.
“The calcium in the milk keeps
our teeth, bones and muscles strong. The drink cools the body and mind
and powers the immune system,” said Kakkar.
The Bengaluru-based
company’s product portfolio features traditional Indian beverage recipes
